Nestled between the Ranelagh Garden and the Bois de Boulogne, the Musée Marmottan Monet houses the world's largest collection of works by Claude Monet — including the iconic Impression, Sunrise — in an elegant Empire-style mansion in the 16th arrondissement, open to the public since 1934.

BARBIZON'S PAINTER MUSEUM
Housed in the former Ganne inn on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest, the Barbizon Departmental Painters' Museum evokes the colony of artists who, from 1830, came to work on the motif in this unspoilt nature—Corot, Millet, Rousseau.
Une Mignonne was created for the museum on the occasion of the "Trésors de papier" exhibition, dedicated to graphic arts, from April 18 to July 19, 2026.
